How do I choose the right size?
Every product page lists the sizes we stock. If you are between two sizes, message us with your usual size and we will help you pick — and a free size exchange is included if the fit is not right.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery and bKash. For bKash, place your order and enter the transaction ID at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka takes 2 working days, and outside Dhaka takes 4 working days.
Can I return or exchange a pair?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days, and footwear includes one free size exchange. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will sort it out.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes — gift wrapping is available on request. Add a gift note at checkout or message us after ordering.
Do you deliver outside Bangladesh?
Not yet. We currently deliver across Bangladesh only. We will announce international delivery on our social pages when it is ready.
