1. Using our shop
By using the H&S Zone website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. H&S Zone is an imported goods retailer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the shop.
2. Sizing, fit and compatibility
Where sizing applies, the product page lists the sizes we stock. Sizing can vary slightly between styles, so check the listing before ordering. Footwear currently includes one free size exchange under our returns policy. Electrical items will be supplied with the plug or voltage stated on the listing. Orders must be placed by an adult.
3. Product information
We work to describe products accurately, including size, materials, colour and what is included. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and packaging may change without notice. If a product is not as described, contact us and we will make it right.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We accept Cash on Delivery and bKash. For bKash orders, you must provide a valid transaction ID. Prices may change, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
5. Orders, delivery and cancellation
We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the address cannot be verified or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we will refund you in full. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, holidays or courier delays. Please see our shipping page for current charges and timeframes.
6. Returns and exchanges
Unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, and footwear includes one free size exchange. Worn or marked footwear and personalised items cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with a photo. Full details are on our returns page.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, H&S Zone is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from wear of a product after delivery. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Bangladeshi law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
